What is your return and exchange policy?

All Sales Final

All merchandise at Fly Gal Official is final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange except as outlined below.

360 ID Tag & Authenticity Guarantee

Every item ships with a 360 ID Tag securely attached.

If the original brand subsequently deems the item inauthentic, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • the 360 ID Tag remains attached, and
  • the item is returned in the same condition it was received.
  • written proof from the brand deeming the item inauthentic

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after our inspection confirms eligibility.

To start an authenticity review: email marielle@flygalofficial.com with your order number and the brand’s written determination (or case reference) within 30 days of delivery. We’ll reply with return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Items Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged, email marielle@flygalofficial.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos/video of the packaging and item
  • a short description of the issue.

We’ll review and, if approved, provide return authorization. Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. Please retain all original packaging and keep the 360 ID Tag attached until we advise otherwise.

How to Request a Return (Eligible Cases Only)

  1. Email marielle@flygalofficial.com with your order number.
  2. Wait for written return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back by the stated deadline with the 360 ID Tag attached and all accessories/packaging received.
  4. Once inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns if the 360 ID Tag has been removed, or if the item has been worn, used, altered, cleaned, or damaged after delivery.

How can you guarantee items are authentic?

At Fly Gal Official, we take pride in offering a curated selection of authentic, high-quality pieces, and our commitment to authenticity is reflected in a meticulous multi-step process designed to give you full confidence in every purchase. We source through a trusted vendor in Japan with more than 15 years of authentication experience; each piece then undergoes a hands-on review of materials, craftsmanship, and condition before it is listed, and only items that meet our strict authenticity and condition standards become part of our collection. We understand how essential authenticity is—especially for luxury and designer items—and we are committed to transparency at every step.

Entrupy Authentication (Starting October 2025)
Beginning October 2025, all handbags sold by Fly Gal Official will be authenticated using Entrupy as part of our process. Where applicable, items may include an Entrupy digital certificate or verification record. For brands or categories not supported by Entrupy, we will continue to rely on our established, expert-driven methods outlined above.
